I. PRIOR TO COMMISSIONING1. Clients are encouraged to prepare & ready all commission details before requesting a commission2.This includes design references, expected deadlines, and any other related information3.Accepted currencies are USD and MYR4.The client will only pay upfront or 50/50 via Paypal upon providing necessary details5.The client will only pay after the artist has agreed to the commission6.Waitlisted clients will only pay upon their turn in the queue7.Any monetary compensation made after final payment of the artist is treated as a donation8.The artist has the right to decline a client for any reason without needing to provide why they are declining9.Harassing, threatening, or insulting the artist is grounds for both declining a commission(and if in extreme cases, the immediate contact of proper authorities)10.Commissions will only be finished accordance to the deadline agreed upon prior to commissioningII. UPON PAYMENT & DURING THE COMMISSION1.No refunds upon sending payment
(A client cannot force a chargeback once commission payment is done)2.The client is free to ask for updates throughout any stage of the commission.3.Updates will be provided by the artist as frequently as possible but not an obligation4. If personal circumstances occurs that causes the delay of the commission, the artist will inform all clients ASAP of said circumstance5.The client is not able to change the subject of the commission once it is agreed upon6.Extra fees are disclosed and only agreed upon prior to the beginning of the commission7.An expected deadline or rush order has an additional charge quoted by the artist8.Should the client cut contact to the artist the commission will be considered void and no refunds will be issuedIII. UPON FINISHING THE COMMISSION1. Unless specified, the artist may use commissioned work for their portfolio or socials - feel free to request otherwise if need be!
2. Clients are encouraged to add proper credit if personal-use commissions are distributed, however, this is not required
3. For commercial-use commissions only, the client may use art for all and any commercial purposes
4. You, the client, hold all rights to your characters and intellectual properties
